Can I use Muscle Booster if I have health issues?

Do I need to do all the suggested workouts in a row?

You don’t have to complete all the suggested workouts in one session. The plan is designed to help you stay consistent and make progress at your own pace. Each day includes both main and additional activities, but you’re free to decide how and when to do them.

Seeing results depends on several different factors, including physiological ones such as metabolism and genetic predisposition, and, of course, lifestyle including nutrition, work-rest balance, hydration, healthy sleep, and more. All this adds up to mean different people will see progress at different stages.

The key to getting results is consistency. Working out regularly should become a new habit. Another essential point is your diet—keep it balanced to ensure that your body is getting enough fuel. Nutrition is not a quick fix, but it is crucial for any fitness journey.

How can I include gym equipment in my workout as a female user?

Currently, the female version of Muscle Booster offers a limited selection of gym equipment options. Since it’s a newer update, we’re actively working to expand its features based on user feedback.  However, if access to a wider range of equipment is essential for you, you can switch to the male version of the app, which includes more equipment-based workouts. What equipment do I need for my practice?

If you’re using the Muscle Booster app at home, you can get started right away without any special equipment. It’s recommended that you wear clothes that feel comfortable and won’t restrict your movement. While some exercises may require minimal equipment like dumbbells, resistance bands, a jump rope, towel or yoga mat, many workouts can be done using just your body weight. For certain exercises, you may also use a wall, chair, or other household items to assist with balance or support specific movements.

In addition to home workouts, the Muscle Booster app can also be used effectively at the gym. The app offers many exercises that make use of the gym’s wide variety of equipment. This includes free weights, benches and racks, workout stations, ab equipment, chest and arm machines, leg machines, back machines, and more. You can preset your preferred equipment by tapping the Settings icon in the top-right corner of the screen. From there, go to Plan Settings, and under Workout Settings, find the Your Equipment section. This variety allows users to follow personalizedstrength training plans that match their fitness goals and make full use of the gym’s available equipment.

What is the best time to workout?

Finding the right time to work out comes down to your schedule, energy levels, and personal preference. You can choose to exercise at home or in the gym, and you’re free to pick the time that fits your schedule and when you feel most energetic. Try working out at different times throughout the day to see what works best for you. Some people feel more focused and motivated in the morning, while others have more strength and endurance later in the day. If you're an advanced user, you can do all the activities in one go. Beginners, or those finding it challenging, can spread their workout throughout the day. These are just recommendations, so listen to your body and rest as needed.

The key to your plan is consistency. There’s no single “best” time to work out—the best time is the one that helps you stay active, recover well, and enjoy your workouts.
