Is Muscle Booster only for men?

We have a female-focused version of Muscle Booster available to meet the needs and goals of our female users. To activate its tailored workouts and personalized experience, select Female as the gender during onboarding.

If you’re already using the app, you can switch to the female version at any time by following these steps:

1. Open Settings within the app and navigate to Personal Details.
2. Find the Gender Switch option and select Female.

Once selected, you’ll be redirected to the female version of the app automatically.

You can also switch back to the male version at any time by following the same steps and selecting Male.
