You can monitor your daily progress in the Profile tab. There, you’ll find your total number of completed workout sets, the time you’ve spent exercising, your workout schedule, and which muscle groups still need time to recover.

However, if you notice that your daily progress was changed, try clearing your cache.

On iOS:
Go to your phone’s Settings > General > iPhone Storage > Select the Muscle Booster app > Tap Offload App.


On Android:
Go to your phone’s Settings > Apps > Select the Muscle Booster app  > Tap on Storage > Clear cache.

In case clearing your cache doesn’t work, please restart your device or reinstall the app, following these steps:

1. Delete the app.

2. Download it again.

3. Open the app and tap on the I Already Have An Account button on the first screen of the app.
