Am I eligible for a refund?

Generally, all purchases—including subscription fees—are final and non-refundable, and cannot be canceled or exchanged (except where required by law).

However, if a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee was offered when you first subscribed, you may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.

Please note that renewal charges are not eligible for a refund. Since the new billing cycle has already begun, we’re unable to issue a refund for this charge, regardless of app usage.
