What equipment do I need for my practice?
If you’re using the Muscle Booster app at home, you can get started right away without any special equipment. It’s recommended that you wear clothes that feel comfortable and won’t restrict your movement. While some exercises may require minimal equipment like dumbbells, resistance bands, a jump rope, towel or yoga mat, many workouts can be done using just your body weight. For certain exercises, you may also use a wall, chair, or other household items to assist with balance or support specific movements.
In addition to home workouts, the Muscle Booster app can also be used effectively at the gym. The app offers many exercises that make use of the gym’s wide variety of equipment. This includes free weights, benches and racks, workout stations, ab equipment, chest and arm machines, leg machines, back machines, and more. You can preset your preferred equipment by tapping the Settings icon in the top-right corner of the screen. From there, go to Plan Settings, and under Workout Settings, find the Your Equipment section. This variety allows users to follow personalizedstrength training plans that match their fitness goals and make full use of the gym’s available equipment.
