I was charged twice for the same/different plans, what do I do now?

If you accidentally purchased a plan twice, on

and via the App Store/Google Play, and would like to request a refund, please contact the support team via the
Contact Form
with confirmation of your subscription purchased via the App Store/Google Play.  

If your operating system is Android, please use these instructions: 

  1. Open the Google Play application.
  2. At the top right, tap on the profile icon.
  3. Tap Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions.
  4. Under Subscriptions, check for a Muscle Booster subscription and take a screenshot to send to us.

If your operating system is iOS, please follow these steps:

1. Open the Settings app.

2. Tap your name (Apple ID settings).

3. Tap Subscriptions.

4. Look for a Muscle Booster subscription and take a screenshot to send to us.
