Do I need to do all the suggested workouts in a row?
You don’t have to complete all the suggested workouts in one session. The plan is designed to help you stay consistent and make progress at your own pace. Each day includes both main and additional activities, but you’re free to decide how and when to do them.
If you feel full of energy and have enough time, you can complete all the workouts in one go. However, if you prefer to take it slower, you can easily spread the sessions throughout the day—for example, doing your main workout in the morning and the additional exercises later.
These workouts are recommendations meant to guide and motivate you. Listen to your body, take breaks when needed, and don’t hesitate to adjust or skip a workout if something doesn’t feel right.
The key is consistency and balance. Stay active, rest properly, and give yourself time to recover—regular effort, even in small steps, leads to the best long-term results.
