Nutrition
The Muscle Booster Nutrition feature has been fully updated and is designed to work alongside your training plan.
The Nutrition section includes two core features available to all users: Fasting and Meal Tracking. If you upgraded your plan and included the Meal Plan during purchase, you’ll also see the Menu section. Please note that the Menu is a paid add-on and cannot be added later if it was skipped during checkout.
Using a nutrition plan can help support your fitness goals and build healthier eating habits over time. You don’t need to use every feature at once — Nutrition is flexible and can be adjusted to fit your preferences and lifestyle.
The Fasting section lets you choose from preset fasting options or create your own schedule. After selecting a start time, you’ll see real-time updates that show your progress and explain what’s happening in your body during the fasting period.
The Menu section offers a wide variety of recipes with step-by-step instructions and detailed information about calories and macronutrients. The meal plan is created by our nutrition experts based on the information you provided during onboarding, but you’re free to adjust settings such as calorie goals, activity level, calorie reduction pace, macronutrient targets, diet preferences, allergens, and cooking time. Your selections shape the suggested menu, and you’ll always have multiple meal options to choose from.
With Meal Tracking, you can log your own meals at any time. Simply tap Log Meal, enter a description, and the app will automatically estimate calories and macronutrients — which you can easily adjust if needed.
