Can I change my training goal?
To change your training goal, open the Muscle Booster app on your device and navigate to:
Open the Plan tab > Tap on the Settings Gear icon in the top right corner of the screen > Training Settings > Training Goal > Choose the goal that you’d like to adjust.
Can I change the exercise that is offered in the workout?
The Muscle Booster app lets you target specific muscle groups within your chosen focus area. For the best results, complete all exercises in the provided workout in order.
Can I remove Challenges from my workouts?
Unfortunately, the app doesn't currently offer an option to remove Challenges.
How can I change my equipment settings?
You can adjust your preferred equipment preset by tapping Settings in the top right corner of the screen, then choose Training Settings and Equipment.
How can I restart my challenge?
Once you’ve completed a Challenge, you have the option to start it again at any time.
To restart, simply navigate to the Plan tab, select the completed Challenge you’d like to repeat, and tap Start Workout. This will allow you to go through the same workouts again from the start.
How do I change my workout schedule?
Your workout schedule is flexible and can be adjusted to your lifestyle however you see fit. To modify your workout schedule, please open the Muscle Booster app on your device and go to:
Settings > Training Settings > Main Workout > Training Days > Choose the days you’d like to work out on.
How do I find chair workouts?
The app creates a personalized Plan based on the details you provide during sign-up, including your goal, fitness level, weight, target weight, age, and activity level.
How do I turn off the background music?
Our workouts don’t include background music by default, but you’re free to add it. Training with your favorite music is a perfect way to boost motivation and enjoy your workout even more. The app currently integrates with Apple Music, YouTube Music, and Spotify.
To turn on background music: Tap on the screen during the workout → Tap on the 🎵 Music icon → Select the app you use from the list provided → Turn on your playlist → Go back to the app to continue your training.
I want to enable/disable notifications from the application
It’s important to note that the app’s notifications aren’t just reminders—they’re gentle nudges that help users stay focused, motivated, and successful in achieving their goals.

I'm a beginner—where should I start?
We’re grateful that you’ve chosen our app to start your fitness journey! Remember, everyone was once a beginner, so be kind to yourself. Fitness isn’t a sprint—it’s a marathon, so pace yourself according to your strengths.
The personal plan you see in the app was created based on your answers during onboarding, so it should be fully suitable for your current fitness level and goals. However, you always have the option to modify the plan as you see fit by swapping in alternative exercises, skipping them, or adjusting based on how you feel.
Nutrition
The Muscle Booster Nutrition feature has been fully updated and is designed to work alongside your training plan.
The Nutrition section includes two core features available to all users: Fasting and Meal Tracking. If you upgraded your plan and included the Meal Plan during purchase, you’ll also see the Menu section. Please note that the Menu is a paid add-on and cannot be added later if it was skipped during checkout.
The app crashed, froze, or won’t load
While this is an uncommon error, it can occur from time to time. To start, please make sure your Internet connection works well. If you are using a cellular connection, you might want to consider connecting to Wi-Fi.
Next, if you’re using any type of VPN or proxy, we recommend turning it off, as such software may slow down your Internet connection.
What are Challenges in Muscle Booster?
We recently added Challenges, a new feature designed to enhance your workout experience with a more personalized approach. Depending on the version you are using (male or female), the challenges can be different.
What does ‘Muscle recovery’ mean, and how does it influence my plan?
The Recovery section of the app helps you track your muscle recovery after each workout, ensuring you train effectively while allowing your body the rest it needs. Here's how it helps:
Visualizes Muscle Recovery: After completing a workout, you’ll see which muscle groups were engaged and their current recovery status.
What does a “rep” mean when doing a right and left-sided exercise?
For exercises that involve both sides of your body (e.g., Jumping Lunge, Side Split Squat), the number of reps shown in the app represents the total count for both sides combined.
For example, if the app displays 10x Side Lunge, this means 5 reps per side (5 on the left and 5 on the right). Similarly, if an alternating exercise shows 16 reps, that means 8 reps per side.
What if I miss a day of my training?
We completely understand—life gets busy, and sometimes unexpected things come up that prevent you from doing a workout. No worries!
The app automatically adjusts your schedule. If you skip a workout, it will be marked as a rest day, and the session will be rescheduled for the next available day according to your plan. This way, you can work out whenever it suits you without missing a thing. You’re in control of your schedule—whether you train every day or just a few times a week, it’s completely up to you!
What is the Workout Creator and how does it work?
The Workout Creator is our tool that allows you to build your own workout! If you navigate to the Workout Creator tab, you can choose your workout location (Home or Gym), select the equipment you wish to use, how long to work out (training duration), and the target areas you want to focus on.
