We recently added Challenges, a new feature designed to enhance your workout experience with a more personalized approach. Depending on the version you are using (male or female), the challenges can be different.


The male version offers 10 distinct challenges for you to explore and engage in, each tailored to different fitness goals and preferences. The female version currently features 8 challenges, some the same as the male version.


You can choose from the following challenges: 


  • Morning Routine Challenge (Both male and female): Start your day with invigorating workouts. 
  • Fat Burn Challenge (Both male and female): Focus on burning calories and shedding excess weight.
  • Dumbbell Challenge (Male only): Utilize dumbbells for strength and muscle-building exercises.
  • Chair Workout Challenge (Male only): Engage in chair-supported exercises. 
  • Mobility Challenge (Both male and female): A simple-but-powerful recovery program focused on stretching.
  • Strong Core Challenge (Both male and female): Improve your posture and enhance core stability. 
  • 7-Minute Challenge (Both male and female): Workouts for building an everyday routine. 
  • 10-Minute Challenge (Both male and female): Blending mobility moves and strength exercises. 
  • Military Workout (Male only): Build your strongest and most enduring self with bodyweight, cardio, and combat-style workouts.
  • Base Calisthenics (Both male and female): Bodyweight strength training targeting large muscle groups. 
  • Power Pilates Challenge (Female only): A combo of strength, balance, and flexibility moves.


Please note that you can only join one challenge at a time. However, you are free to modify your choice whenever you’d like.  


These challenges cover a wide variety of fitness goals and offer exercises to accommodate different experience levels and preferences, making it an exciting addition to help you more effectively achieve your objectives.
