We completely understand—life gets busy, and sometimes unexpected things come up that prevent you from doing a workout. No worries! 

The app automatically adjusts your schedule. If you skip a workout, it will be marked as a rest day, and the session will be rescheduled for the next available day according to your plan. This way, you can work out whenever it suits you without missing a thing. You’re in control of your schedule—whether you train every day or just a few times a week, it’s completely up to you! 

Please note that your personal training plan and subscription period are not connected. If you miss a workout, it won’t extend your subscription or add extra days to it.
