My daily progress suddenly changed
You can monitor your daily progress in the Profile tab. There, you’ll find your total number of completed workout sets, the time you’ve spent exercising, your workout schedule, and which muscle groups still need time to recover.
However, if you notice that your daily progress was changed, try clearing your cache. On iOS: Go to your phone’s Settings > General > iPhone Storage > Select the Muscle Booster app > Tap Offload App.
My workout or challenge progress is missing
It’s always disappointing when your progress isn’t saved. Let’s go through the possible reasons and how to fix it.
Reason #1: Workout wasn’t completed If you started a workout, didn’t complete it through to the end, and stopped it manually—unfortunately, the workout won’t be logged as completed. The same logic applies to workouts from the Challenges tab.
My workout won’t start
To start, please make sure your Internet connection works well. If you are using a cellular connection, you might want to consider connecting to Wi-Fi.
The app crashed, froze, or won’t load
While this is an uncommon error, it can occur from time to time. To start, please make sure your Internet connection works well. If you are using a cellular connection, you might want to consider connecting to Wi-Fi.
Next, if you’re using any type of VPN or proxy, we recommend turning it off, as such software may slow down your Internet connection.
